Your rental window includes setup and teardown
Treat all furniture, props, and decor with care.
Please return everything to its original location before leaving.
no glitter, confetti, or smoke bombs
These damage the floors and walls and require special cleaning.
keep all food and drinks away from the white backdrop & furniture.
children & pets must be supervised at all times.
music is welcome - just keep volume at a respectful level.
if you move furniture, please lift instead of dragging to protect the floors.
leave the studio as you found it. clean up any trash, spills, or messes, and check that you haven't left anything behind.
ANY DAMAGE TO THE SPACE, WALLS, PROPS, OR FURNITURE WILL BE BILLED TO THE RENTER
